AlburyCity is creating a heart for Thurgoona by developing the Commercial Precinct. This area includes three key precincts comprising of;

  • Precinct 1: Shuter Avenue, from and including Leahy Avenue to Thurgoona Drive
  • Precinct 2: Thurgoona Drive, from and including Diamond Drive to Evesham Place
  • Precinct 3: Table Top Road, from and including Diamond Drive to Thurgoona Drive

Infrastructure upgrades will be delivered to each precinct over the coming years, commencing with Precinct 1.Works will include intersection upgrades, public transport facilities, paths, placemaking infrastructure and more.

Feedback collected will be used to inform detailed design for all precincts to ensure that we are meeting the needs and expectations of the Thurgoona community.Designs for Precinct 1 will commence in June, with upgrades to be delivered once complete.Design and construction for Precincts 2 and 3 will follow.
