We are excited to share with you A Place for Everyone, our inaugural workforce Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Strategy and Action Plan.
A Place for Everyone, at its core, is about how we respect and value each other for who we, enabling performance and wellbeing and reflecting the community we serve.
It is critical because diverse and inclusive workplace cultures:
- improve financial performance,
- are more flexible and agile,
- are three times as likely to be high-performing,
- are eight times more likely to achieve better business outcomes, and
- enable people to contribute and do their job, no matter how they identify.

Development of the Strategy
A Place for Everyone has been shaped by you through consultation, incorporates recommendations from the KPMG Diversity and Inclusion Insights Report and captures a number of workforce Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives and actions from other plans, including our Reconciliation Action Plan and Disability Inclusion Action Plan. It also complements our Live Well Work Well philosophy and provides a holistic and focused approach to the work we need to do together to be an inclusive employer and address exclusive and discriminatory practices, processes and behaviour that prevent us from doing our best work and accessing employment opportunities.

The Action Plan to deliver A Place for Everyone is staged, ensuring we hold ourselves accountable at each phase before progressing to the next.
