Our moderation approach ensures that feedback is constructive, accessible, and aligned with AlburyCity’s commitment to open and transparent communication.

We use either:

• Post-moderation – User content is published immediately and then reviewed. If it violates our Moderation Policy, it may be removed, and the user may be notified.
• Pre-moderation – User content must be reviewed and approved before appearing on the site, which may result in a delay before publication.

In some cases, previously published content may be temporarily removed for review. If content is rejected, the user may receive an email notification.
